Inside Out Cheeseburgers

I got the idea for this meal while watching Guy's Diner's, Drive-in's and Dives on the Food Network. We have been trying to jazz up our hamburgers lately and this was perfect! The burgers were juicy, not too thick but not too thin and nice and cheesey in the middle.

Inside Out Cheeseburgers - yields 3 hamburgers

1 lb. lean hamburger
shredded cheese of your choice (I used cheddar)
dash of Worchestire sauce
palmful of grill seasoning
couple dashes of garlic powder

In a large mixing bowl, mix hamburger with all ingredients but the cheese. Form them into 6 thin patties. I used my patty presser and they came out nice and even. Take one patty and put a good amount of cheese in the middle, being mindful of the edges. Place another patty on top and pinch around the edges. Make sure the patties are pinched close, so the cheese doesn't ooze out. Cook on a hot grill or skillet for about 5 minutes on each side. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion.
